This was a small commission but a loved one. The client wanted a T-Shirt design based on a metaphor about cognitive bias from the 2002 movie "Interstate 60".
The task
The idea was to create a logo/tattoo-like composition, like the "bowling" reference but made of four cards, a decision ball, and the quote from the movie:
"We see what we expect to see, not necessarily what's really there"
This composition was supposed to be printed on the back, while the front side would contain just four card suits from the movie scene, in a row, across the chest area.
