This is what an exercise from Uliana Bazarova’s lettering workshop developed into.
The task was to draw a word using the limited set of sample Cyrillic letters (11 of 33) and designing the relevant missing ones based on the features of those given. I also added a couple romantic graphics beyond the original task and actually like how they contrast the slab serifs and let the spring mood burst into the irregular geometry of the composition.
