I have had an image of a perfect illustrator's workspace in my mind for a while and have finally rearranged mine. My desk is a transformer and when I do not work and want the window fully open I can turn the desk 90 degrees so that it covers the drawer unit and gives more free space.
I have been using a fitball instead of a chair.



And some history. This is how it looked a couple of years ago when I just bought the desk.

I removed the wallpaper and painted the walls and the wardrobe in a pale blue color. The desk drawer handles have also been replaced to match the shelf.
I thought I could also move 80 kilos of books (240 cm of shelves) from the bookcase to my corner, but eventually, had to be realistic, and only a few art books found their new place on the only floating shelf.
